Tyrannical Democrat Governors will defy Trump on this. How will Trump enforce this? Is he prepared to federalize State National Guard units like JFK did in 1963 via Executive Order 11111 which federalized the Alabama State National Guard in order to forcefully end Governor Wallace's tyranny during the Stand in the Schoolhouse Door Crisis??
