These are children who are in the care system so the parents are unfit and dont have any rights... They gave them up when they abandoned their sprogs to the state..

It's been factually proved with hundreds of cases up and down the UK. And stop calling them Sprogs! They're human beings! I take it you don't have kids either. Dope.
They are future dole scroungers and jail birds who will cost us taxpayers fortunes to look after for their whole lives...
