These are children who are in the care system so the parents are unfit and dont have any rights... They gave them up when they abandoned their sprogs to the state..
Quoting: Cannabis Kills People! You idiot. It's people like you that need to realise what the Country does to kids put into care. They're taken away from families under false pretence some times. It's been factually proved with hundreds of cases up and down the UK. And stop calling them Sprogs! They're human beings! I take it you don't have kids either. Dope. Happening all over the world. Interestingly, suddenly the UK just passed something saying everyone is an organ donor now unless they opt out (can children even opt out?). Are these things somehow related with intent? Yeah, and I hear if you're a perfect DNA match for some nose over in Israel or New York they will take your organs, before you are done using them.
