There is a much simpler way to reduce population.
Teach People about God and his law and how you don't
F-ck everything that moves.
You only have sex when you are married.

Hosea 9 nobody that offers their child up to the murder (Moloch) can enter God's kingdom I just recently started researching the Talmud, the writings the Pharisees and scribes wrote when they were banished to Babylon. The Pharisees and Scribes (who Jesus often criticized) contradict scripture in the Talmud and say you can offer your child to Molech, just don't "put them through the fire" which means to kill them in the Molech furnace. So you can give your kid spiritually I guess. No wonder Jesus rebuked them.
