To break the system...detach from it. See all the programming for what it is. Physical bonds are illusions and in your past life your mate now could've been your biggest enemy. Look within in deep meditation, can use binaural beats or isochronic tones, and do chakra work. Connect to your inner higher self (spirit). It will lead you out.
