Hmmm... Many people have explained it... Ekhart tolle explains it well in several ways  Explains what? No human can explain shit because they are a product of something that doesn’t make sense The problem is everyone wants an explanation from someone else rather than go on their own personal journey within. So some share their personal experience and are contradicted by someone else's personal experience... and the person who does no meditation or inner work sees it all as hog wash.
