The 10th amendment clearly states that states cannot violate the US constitution and certainly does not make an exception for health and safety reasons. Anyone trying to say that is clearly retarded, a shill, or both Of course even though Trump does have the power and right to force Whitmer to follow the US constitution and remove her from office and void her unconstitutional laws and orders if she refuses we know he won't. Hell Trump has violated the constitution quite a few times himself. So since Trump and the federal government won't do anything about Whitmer violating the US constitution cities counties, and of course most of all citizens of Michigan need to refuse to follow her unconstitutional laws and orders and remove her from office themselves. Oh course Whitmer has also violated the Michigan State constitution too. However the Federal government and POTUS has no power over a state constitution unless it's violating the US constitution. Of course Whitmer is violating both the US and her states constitution. |

Of course the purpose of the US and the states is that if the federal government or POTUS is violating the US constitution for any reason then the states need to refuse to follow the unconstitutional orders by the federal government and the POTUS. If a state is violating the US constitution for any reason then the POTUS has the power and the right to force the governor of that state to follow the constitution and void all unconstitutional laws, and to remove that governor from office. Of course states have their own constitutions. But of course state constitutions cannot violate the US Constitution. Cities and counties cannot violate the US or state constitutions. Of course if POTUS, the federal government, or a governor is violating the US and/or state constitution than the city and county needs to refuse to follow the laws or orders that violate the US or state constitution. If a city or county is violating the state constitution for any reason then the state has the right to force the city or county to follow the state constitution and void the laws that violate the state constitution and remove the mayor and/or who's in charge of the county from office. This also goes if a city or county is violating the US constitution. Except when it comes to the US constitution if a state refuses to step in then the POTUS can step on and remove the violator from office. Of course if it gets to the point of where the the US constitution is being violated and noone in the government steps into void the unconstitutional laws and orders and remove whoever's violating the constitution from office that's when the people need to take matters into their own hands and remove the tyrants that refuse to follow the constitution from office themselves. And I'd say we're at that point now. Our constitutional rights are being violated right and left by all levels of the government and noone in the government is doing anything to stop those violating our constitutional rights and removing them from office. STates do have the right to enforce QUARANTINES, but I'm not sure a stay at home order for a healthy person would qualify. The point is we don't know who has it because most never realize it. No they do not. 1st amendment gives us the right to assembly and free movement. 14th amendment gives us the right to travel freely. Quarantine and stay-home orders violate both those. Nothing in the constitution says we lose those rights if there's a pandemic or for health or safety reasons. If the founding fathers intended for there to be exceptions where our rights would be suspended or voided they would have wrote it in there. Benjamin Franklin (one of the founding fathers) even stated himself those who give up liberty for security deserve neither and lose both. So clearly the founding fathers strongly opposed constitutional rights being suspended or voided for safety reasons. Funny how you shills always try and twist everything to suit your communist agenda. |
