You are correct in the fact the Executive branch has the responsibility to make sure the states are following the laws. But what happen when Virginia tried taking away the 2nd A? Trump said vote red next time... That is the piece of shit you think is going to stand up for your rights and make sure the states follow the supreme law of the land?
