Correct. Lots of answers for The Federal Reserve, but they didn't answer that they do in fact have to put postage stamps on their mail because they are a private entity. So, unfortunately, everyone gave up with the answer already on the thread for a free membership.

This is the most expensive building, in the richest city in the country, and it's a private entity, who does have to put postage stamps on their mail.
