The fbi investigates and prosecutes cops or officials that violate civil rights of people. They could actually walk into the governor's office and arrest them for violating basic constitutional rights. The law broken is federal law 18-242. If they don't open up soon the president could give the approval to the FBI to step In. We all know those governor's are wrong and violating constitutional rights.
