It would be cool if a group of lawyers (judicial watch maybe?) were to start a slush fund go fund me site to pay for the defense of anyone legally and constitutionally challenging these draconian measures. I believe that the salon owner in Texas said that she would contribute any excess funds to same, so maybe that’s part of the answer. If some trustworthy third party with a history of being apolitical and constitutionally minded started a defense fund and advertised it broadly and effectively, I’m betting it would be in the millions almost overnight. Hell, folks would likely pay into it for insurance purposes if they could be assured competent counsel. Kind of like USCCA.
