Good luck trying to get a job in your field today. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 69538441 Thankfully I am working from home with a new company. Great money, hours and company. Care to share? Maybe some people could apply. |
Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 78076453 United States 05/23/2020 04:38 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It's funny. My local grocery store was limiting the amount of beef, chicken and pork you could buy per family to 2 packages each family per day. Since people didn't want to go to the store everyday it all started to go bad. Just went the other day and the signs are now gone. Probably because they were losing money on meat that needed to be thrown away because it went bad. People stopped buying what they wanted or needed because of the limits but at the end of the day the store lost money because it all went bad. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73168712 Other than that Ive been busy building my new home. Carry on. I just talked to my guy at the car shop the other day. He said the same thing. "we're supposed to but f*** that". A lot of people will wear them for a few weeks but it will slowly dwindle down to no masks. The only place I ever thought a mask should be worn is the hospital or doctors office. Those places are infection factories. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 78735525 United States 05/23/2020 05:37 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Before the lock down I never went to restaurants. The food usually sucks and is over priced. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78076453 The wife and I don't go to bars. We have never been bar people. We have done most of our shopping online. Mostly because there's a better selection of things at either the same price or cheaper. We've done every activity around where we live. Museums and local attraction. How many times can you do this stuff? We will still go fishing and hunting but that is on our land. The only place we really go on a regular basis is the grocery store. Our gardens are in so that will be limited. So yeah, the lock downs are over but for us they changed nothing when they were in place and they won't change anything now that their done. How about the rest of you? What on Earth are you talking about? The lockdowns are not close to "done" for many states... California/Los Angeles is until August 1st. Here on the east coast, most businesses can't even open until June 20th, others have to wait until July 20th... New York City may never return to "normal". And what about school for kids? Some may never go back to in-person classes... ever. Yeah, I'm sure glad all of this Corona madness is over with... /sarc |

I didnt lose any privileges or Right I had before and I dont mind most restaurants closing cause I shun them anyway. I go food shopping whenever I want and no one, so far has commenyed that I "have" to wear a mask, except the socialist bus drivers. |

Anonymous User ID: 76863193 United States 05/23/2020 07:01 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yes, it already changed the vibe in the air where I live. Many more cars and people out and about, make it feel like life has awakened again. And spiritually, it awakened me to the fact that we all have 'an expiration date.' We should take the spiritual road in life. |
