Food shortages in Cleveland

We have used Instacart to try to buy food at Heinens, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, Target, and Aldis.

So many items which we tried to purchase were unavailable that we had to cancel the orders, except for Aldis.

At Heinens we ordered 15 items and the only thing in stock was a package of Thomas' English Muffins. Everything else was sold out. The shopper said the store was practically bare.

Milk and eggs are consistently sold out everywhere.


I don't think it's because of the holiday. Milk and eggs are not party food and many people are still quarantining.

There just seems to be a shortage of food here.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Eastsider and Meijer was fully stocked with pretty much everything but cleaning supplies.

3 night ago Tacobell was out of beef and cheese at 7pm.
In my town Tacobell and KFC are in the same operation

And half the country eats fast food.

First If I was driving from Iowa to any beach community around Cleveland, most of my drive would be on freeways, and there would be no opportunity to drive thru an hour of garbage strewn, dilapidated Chads running down the road infested areas. so, .

Second most urban areas have ghettos which should be avoided; however, large city downtown areas are largely clean and safe. LA, SF are the most notable exceptions. Cleveland downtown is largely clean and safe.
