All mortgages in forbearance that cannot pay will likely be deferred on the back of the loan. All mortgage companies and services will be out the money they are paying on the loans they made to loan to mortgage holders. They will likely be given a loan from the gov, who is borrowing money at zero. They charge banks and loan servicing companies one to two percent and they make out like a bandit-- and they now have an interest in every property. Just like that. As for the renters. This will be a real issue. They are spending every dollar, and have no idea that balance is due. This will create mass chaos. Many of them work low paying service jobs. They are gone, or will be soon. The govt will be forced to pass the fourth stimulus with extended benefits to try to get people back on track. It will likely not end for years. |

I’ve always been good to them and fix anything that breaks down the same day. Their ass is on the street as soon as I can evict them. I will put a judgement on anything they will ever own because of it as well. Shameful that people have resorted to this attitude to feel they should be able to live in my property for free and flaunt it. |
