It's an interesting idea that maybe "Peter" Manfredonia, who apparently has violent tendencies anyway, might have been the real killer. 14 is possible I guess even for a mass killing - looking at the Columbine students (assuming that it was really them) but physically could he be capable. Nobody was killed at Sandy Hook School which had been closed for at least a year because of asbestos contamination. School was checked in August 2011, no remediation was needed. There is no similar document showing the school tested positive for mold or asbestos around that time. They did find asbestos at Chalk Hill in May 2011.
