Had an encounter with a power-tripping Sharon recently. Several of us in the community had to go on the offensive. After a few weeks of our relentless barrage of inquiries and requests for information that she was required to produce, followed by a thorough analysis and accounting of the community financial records that she was keeping, she came to us with a board member, apologized, and asked for our help in better managing the community and said she'll stop treating people like crap.
