"WE THE PEOPLE" did no fucking such thing; many states only allow mail-in ballots for Absentee voting [which was originally established so military stationed overseas could still vote in local elections] and NOTHING MORE. To completely change the way it's been done since our nation was founded is in VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTION which mentions voting SIX separate times in the 12th, 15th, 19th, 23rd, 24th and 26th Amendments where it was first written in 1869 and reads, "the right of the citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or ABRIDGED...". Want to know the LEGAL definition of "abridged"? It means to "REDUCE THE EFFECT OF A LAW, PRIVILEGE OR POWER". And that's PRECISELY what this revised balloting scheme is trying to accomplish.
