hmm, mini-nova guy's ENLIL feed is showing whatever that emission was went straight to Mars. There are still no sunspots, and none of this was earth directed. Doom off.

Ummmm, you're the one looking like a noob. That 'baby fart' on iswa is old (16th/17th). Look at the date as it leaves the sun.

Also, iswa is not yet updated to reflect a cme that would've occurred today, IF today's flare even produces a cme (again look at the date the model re-loops).

Flares are not even detected on iswa. CME's are.

CME's can be produced without a sunspot. Filament eruptions can produce cme's.

The CME seen on iswa currently is completely unrelated to anything the sun did today. They haven't updated that model yet.

Wouldn’t know. East coast hasn’t seen the sun in over a week and probably won’t for another. We get about one clear day a week here on average for about three years now. And when we do get a streak of clear days you can be sure as shit it will be followed by two to three weeks of heavy clouds and rain.

Um...my mater plants are like 7 feet tall, I don't think I can bring them in now. Should I just sit out there with them instead?
