As a strategy, that would make sense in real life. However, biden is already too out of it to even take offense. If his handlers complain, it only drives traffic to the site and further illuminates his racism and white privilege attitude. So, yes. Good Trumpian strategy.

Truth be told I have never seen a black person. Only shades of brown. The same I have never seen a white person only shades of pink or beige.

I've been both black as night and white as snow persons.
