(apparently, at least as they communicate to the public). Forced quarantine is only used in extreme cases where you have a crazy person running around deliberately infecting people. You don't have to talk to a Contact Tracer, but they hope that you would. A couple days ago I watched a vid of state rep. Matt Shea discussing the "voluntariness" of the quarantine. The signature form given to a person states that the isolation is "voluntary", but if you read to the end of the fine print it says that if someone doesn't quarantine voluntarily, the state/county can obtain a court order to enforce the "voluntary" quarantine. |
