Trump is actually 'draining the swamp' as promised, but he was in no hurry doing it. Instead he sat there and took punches for three years, and only started punching back NOW, to get enough things done to energize his base, just in time for his reelection.

Trump has already stated that Biden isn't even a factor, and he's definitely not wasting any energy going after him. He will be going after Obama, because Obama is his real opponent. Biden's only claim to relevance is having been Obama's errand boy.

The democrat plan is to sneak Obama back in for a repeat performance. They can't elect him again, but they CAN run his "wife" as Biden's VP and make Biden abdicate for medical reasons after an election victory. And then Barry would rule for eight more years, now as first lady.

Trump understands this plan, and will make sure it doesn't happen. He is currently unraveling the coup attempt against him, and he will make sure the legal fallout takes out Obama before November.

Not necessarily putting him in jail, but destroying his chances of sneaking back into the WH.

Whether Trump will go any further than this in his Swamp Draining remains to be seen, but you can be sure he will take out his own personal enemies at least. I guess that's at least something, and certainly better than the alternative.
