That said, I support everyone's right to not wear a mask, but as I work in several hospitals and I have an imunocomprimised little one at home, I choose to wear an N95.

I also would like to point out that there are countries that have NEVER HAD LOCK-DOWNS, never had work or travel restrictions, but have near zero infection rates, despite a denser population and far more traffic directly from China.
Those countries use masks with near 100% compliance.

I say this just to illustrate that masks are working in areas where compliance in 100% unanimous. It's probably not worth it to even bother with all of that and to just let it run its course with absolutely no intervention, like in Sweden. This would be the best solution for a country like the United States. Make sure everyone has enough vitamin D, warn about NSAID's and drugs that are ACE2 receptor multipliers, and then let everyone live however they wish.
