I can see you don't know much about China. They have all those thing and more. They can't feed their own population without importing food. (very important to keep a war effort going) They do not have the transportation ability to move their troops around (unless it is on foot). Another drawback to fight a modern war. Their technology is all stolen and mat not even work right because of that.(note the problems with the simple machinery that caused their first aircraft carrier to stop its maiden voyage).
