I’ve always wondered—If its for weather weather modification, why do they spray mid-afternoon, In the direction that blocks the sun as it is setting?

Makes no sense to time it out that way in order to “block the sun’s
ray’s” when already at their coolest.

By that logic, the spraying should be done at 4am to block the sun all day, NOT as its setting.
