FLORIDA MAN who was actually RUNNING but is accused of CARJACKING got SHOT by POLICE - just released video

When officers encountered the runner, who has not been identified, they told the runner to drop the weapon but he wouldn’t and he pointed it at the officers, Capri said. The two officers fired six shots and the suspect was taken to the hospital to have surgery and is expected to make a full recovery, the agency said. The officers involved and the victim were not harmed.
