i will not go to any MLPS, MN building as i do not use a mask and i do not want a fine.
So why in ST. PAUL, MN you do not need a mask and there right next to each other.

If you have the ability (won’t lose your job) refuse the ticket. Force them to arrest you. Then file habeaus corpus.

If you might lose your job then accept the ticket but take it to court and demand a jury trial.
