So I decided to make one. I have exchanged a thumbs-up, i.e. green karma, with many of you out there. I have heard your positive comments, or your wishes to have a good year, good summer, good weekend, or a good day, etc, depending on the time of year, or week, month, season, etc, it might happen to be. So I was thinking, maybe it might be helpful to have a place where we could do that some more. So I wanted to make this our place to exchange a sort of verbal "green karma" with each other, if you wish. feel free to come by and to express the good wishes, good vibes, positive notes, comments, etc, that you have been expressing, in your positive comments, green karma, etc at GLP every day. Go to your local park if you can, walk around your neighborhood, or even just sit on your porch. I know it always makes me feel better. If you see someone wearing an outfit you like, or their hair, or whatever...Tell them, give them a compliment. Sometimes little kindnesses go a long way for a person who may be a little down. Say hi to your neighbors, help someone. They will appreciate it. They finally agreed to open up my county (Kitsap, on the far side of Puget Sound from Seattle) to the next phase, so I get my hair cut on Sunday (woo-hoo!), and my pupper can get groomed! With gas prices down to 2.07 I got a fill-up yesterday, so I can drive anywhere I want, but you know, I just think I'll stay home and work out in the garden. I've turned a bit strange during the lockdown, this whole thing has knocked the whole vanity out of me. Messy hair, never wear any make up, always in yoga pants, this is unheard of for me. I think people have become lazy! Gonna take yur advice and start going outside again tomorrow. I feel like I can't face the world tho.. lol |
