Russian military involvements in Africa have definitely better records than USA's. Unlike USA it supported African liberation movements and also fought the apartheid system.

Oh the John Wells show several years ago his guests were a man and woman husband and wife you were Texans. They had a business installing some sort of drinking water purification systems. They traveled to Libya in hopes of a contract for their products. The couple actually lived there for several months. What they had to say about Libya was fascinating and now today after Hillary and Barry helped destroy the country it is more than disturbing what those two imbeciles did to destabilize a nation which for bad or worse the people were happy.

Apparently the Libyans did not have to pay for housing, or schooling, OR medical treatments even if it meant traveling to any where in the world for treatment Gaddafie's government paid the bill. NO drinking water nor sewage no electricity was paid for. People had little to worry about they were not ruled by an iron hand but actually shared in the oil wealth of the country. Then along came the BARRY administration the disruption Hillary and both were after Gadafi's head and they got it.
