Protestors to take to the streets today in Minneapolis after video showing a Cop kill a handcuffed black man while another Cop stands guard !

One of the witnesses, Darnella Frazier , posted the entire video on Facebook and it is horrible, shows the cop with his knee on the man's neck for over 5 minutes while the man pleads that he can't breathe; the man appears to be already dead when the EMS arrive and they don't attempt any rescue, just put his lifeless body on a stretcher and drive away
