There have been some really stupid judges that were erroneous, but in reality, THEY ARE PUBLIC PLATFORMS. They are covered by the same laws that govern phone companies. Private companies, yes, but public platforms, that are not allowed to censor people at all. If someone breaks an existing law, and discovered, existing legal deals with them.

However, book publishers don't have that law protecting them.

They are NOT public platforms and can be charged or sued for whatever they publish.


Not Twitter, Not Facebook, not Youtube, they are protected by the same laws, for public forums, that phone companies have AND ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CENSOR.

Tucker had a whole segment of his show about this very fact.

The problem is the government on both sides, Left AND Right, duck and dodge and refuse to lift a finger, though they already put that law in place that makes them public platforms and protects them from user's content from legal actions. Numerous people have been caught stealing the mail-in ballot forms, intentionally changing party affiliations, forging signatures, and having forms filled out under the same name for 150 different addresses. All of those arrested have been registered democrats, with some having worked on Obama/Biden’s campaign in 2012.

It’s fraud, clear and simple. We need a national voter ID verification process to prevent this from happening in future elections. Election violations should be severe enough that it deters others from attempting it in the future. Say a mandatory 10 years in prison and $1M in fines for each occurrence.
