Would Covid 19 have been released if Hillary would have been president ?

Makes you wonder if the deep state released the virus because they are trying to ruin trump from getting a 2nd term. A lot of people suffered if this is the case because of Donald trump. I’m still a trump supporter but if he finds out that they done this to him and the American people and he doesn’t retaliate in his 2nd term i will never vote again. Makes me wonder if they would have released the virus and caused this pandemic [ plandemic ] with Hillary as president. Any thoughts !
