We're real quite and accommodating and even polite, until we have to deal with the willfully evil. And all of us are already aware that people operating outside the parameters of what authority the constitution provides for governance are in great peril of losing their lives needlessly.
New Mexico recently had their first prosecution of a New City ordinance that disallows for your dogs to be tethered in any way. They filed 21 charges against me to try to trump it all up so they could at least have their way with me in some fashion or another.
The judge allowed me to have a moment with the DA and the sighting officer who orange tagged my property for violation 3 times in a three day period.
When I sat down with the both of them right out the gate were jumping all over me about how I was going to need to come into compliance or else.
The DA and the officer insisted that I would be forced to chip all four of my dogs, and keep them in a cage like the new law stated, no exceptions!!!
I looked right into the DA's eyes sitting right next to me, and told him he had as much of a chance of chipping my dogs has he does me, which is zero. He turned red and was still insistent.
And furthermore I will not cage my dogs like I do my chickens, that they are family members that are mostly inside when im there at home.
So we went before the judge and I told the judge that if the officer and the DA have the authority to do all they claim they can, that they could come and pick up their dogs, because im tired of being wrongfully dragged into court over them, and tired of paying the vet bills, and tired of housing them feeding them and cleaning up their shit!
The judge promptly agreed and literally said. Isnt that why we call them our dogs Mr. suspect??? And she said it with a big smile on her face, and the case against me was immediately dropped!

But we aren't talking about dogs or pets or animals in general are we?? We are talking about precious human life!!
