If you live in a household with other people they don't need to isolate unless your test result comes back positive and test results take several days.

In the meantime household members can go about their business as usual. I don't think there's much "science" behind this plan.

Incorrect! The App will track all those in the vicinity of someone who HAS later tested positive for the virus.

Those contacts will be traced then forced to isolate for 14 days. Alone!! Not with other household members who will be removed to a secure location!!
