From what I have read this guy graduated with high honors, meaning he is intelligent and knows how to stay under the radar, not for long may be. What could have prompted this guy to go on a killing spree. I feel bad for all, the people that he executed, and him, his life is over at 23, sad.

A man matching Manfredonia’s description was seen at a Sheetz convenience store in Chambersburg, which is just off I-81 in southern Pennsylvania about 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday. A black Hyundai Santa Fe stolen from East Stroudsburg, Pa., near where Manfredonia was sighted about 6 p.m. Sunday, was recovered near the Sheetz store.


He abandoned the Hyundia and took an Uber over the MD state line he could still be in Hagerstown.
