I was watching when that idiot fell off the police car.

He didn't get 'run over'.

He was sitting on the front windshield while his friends started breaking the back windshield wide open. They succeeded and were piling on the car.

The cop started to drive off and instead of hopping off right away he decided to go for a joyride. Then at one point the cop even slowed down and the idiot tryed to jump off and landed on his face.

I have never had a run-in with the police, except a few spreading tickets.
