Looting versus protesting - what does it mean?

It is clear what is going on with this situation in Minneapolis. We have an officer that, by the video footage we have now, indicates that he murdered a civilian already in handcuffs and detained if you watch the footage. If more evidence comes out in defense of the cop, I will listen to it. But, this looks to be a clear cut case at this point.

However, assholes of Minneapolis, that does not give you the right to steal and loot from businesses. You have the right to protest. If you want to loot, you should be considered an enemy combatant per war definition and should be shot on sight. You believe we are at war. Not my definition, but the dictionary.
