Bitch had a knife also she could have got out of that chair and lunged at people at any point if she chose to. There is footage of her from earlier showing her getting out of the chair and walking just fine...

She decided to single handedly stop looters, in her wheelchair, blocking doorways and stabbing at people with something that looks like a knife, when they went past her.
