I've lost faith, but I still have hope. If anyone will do it, it's Barr. If Barr doesn't come through, then there's no chance that anyone will ever beat the swamp.

Exactly, I thought that was what Durham, Huber, and the US attorney who investigated the flynn case were doing. This is nothing but a delay tactic to punt any potential action until after the elections.

Exactly, every time I hear these stories, it should be that the investigation started Months ago.

When Barr/Durham does indict, the only thing we should hear from Jake is SILENCE!

By doing this so late in the game, it looks more like Barr is trying to hedge against a possible Biden victory -- gathering leverage -- than actually getting to the truth.

He knew this was a crime, and how serious it was, when he started. Waiting until now to do something is suspicious.

For anyone who doesn't realize this yet, THIS IS WHY JUDGE SULLIVAN IS HOLDING UP THE FLYNN CASE.
Sullivan is protecting OBAMA AND OTHERS!

Flynn CAN SUE THEIR ASS FOR VIOLATING HIS 4TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS! Flynn and many, many others.

It is ILLEGAL TO SURVEIL an American citizen without proper warrants, etc. FLYNN WAS ILLEGALLY SPIED ON. And I'm not talking about the rapid unmasking that went on after the election. That was an attempt at a cover for what they were doing to American citizens the last eight years of Obama's presidency.

Warrantless surveilance.

Idk, jake. They say "unmasking" isn't a crime, but leaking it sure is. So maybe they are looking for the leaker.

But you know what is a crime? Spying on American citizens with "the Hammer". And that was going on with intel agencies well before the unmasking started is what I'm hearing. And that is something every damn one of them can be brought to court for and sued over. The reporters, Flynn. Especially Flynn. That's why the judge has a gun to head to keep the case ongoing.

They work slow from the beginning, have to turn over a bunch of stones. Remember Durham was to find the reason for the origin of the investigation into Trump. The predication, which was likely none. I would guess, this unmasking was gravy he picked up along the way. Just like the Flynn case. Barr hired a different attorney to look into that (Durham probably found evidence of misconduct there) and it only took a few months for that attorney to conclude they had no real case against Flynn, it was fabricated. So, now Durham is handing over the "unmasking" and leaking evidence he found which will be a separate investigation also. Durham will be stretched really thin if he has to go off in different directions with all the abuse committed during Obama's years.

He's not. Barr doesn't bluff. They aren't going to set the precedent of prosecuting a former president. Obama likely has "cover" for that anyway in the form of Jarret or Brennan.

But you know what Barr and Durham are doing? Gathering evidence. Evidence that people who were illegally spied upon can take to court to prove their case that their 4th amendment rights were violated.

Now you know why "they" don't want the charges dropped against Flynn don't you?

It will be up to Flynn and other's, like those reporters, to take Obama to court.

So what do you suggest then? Just give up and cry into our pillow?

That is why all this stuff is being declassified. For their use. If it remained classified and a change in administrations happened, those people whose rights were violated would never get the evidence they need.

Huber didn't do shit. That was Sessions pick who did nothing regarding hillary. Anything he was working on was taken over by Durham. The attorney on the Flynn case did his job. That's over. The DOJ dropped the Flynn case. All we are waiting on is the higher courts to overrule Sullivan who must have dirt on him because he is doing everything in his power to keep the Flynn case alive. Flynn is under gag order and SOMEONE doesn't want Flynn talking or Free.

I wonder why? This whole mess hinges on Flynn. As many have said, Flynn KNOWS where the bodies are. FLYNN KNOWS what Obama was illegally doing.

I pray Flynn sues his ass to high heaven. THAT'S the only way this country will EVER accept that Obama was a crooked player. Very Crooked.

Trump threatening to veto the FISA bill got the DOJ off their ass.

My guess is even with that being done Barr will prosecute nobody.
