I don't believe there is or was any conspiracy with the virus in itself. I do believe there are earnest efforts by many to save lives and help people but with that being said those with certain powers to change have used this as an opportunity to benefit themselves. Now that would be only covid deaths. If business went as usual, and lockdowns not implemented and nobody wear mask, it will spread like wildfire and health system will collapse.
When health system collapses, other lethal diseases which are prevented by treating it, will not be able to be treated, so those people will die too. In your country, dozens of millions of people will die in a year if business went as usual.
