You don't know what killed him. The autopsy report hasn't been released yet.

Now, should those officers be charged with a crime regardless of what killed Floyd? Absolutely.

But to say what that crime is before even knowing for sure if their actions killed him is irresponsible and unconstitutional.

I'm guessing that cop has kneeled on a bunch of other necks before, and none of them died. Something else was at play there. Now, maybe he had a heart condition and the stress killed him... that's surely the officer's fault.

Or maybe he shot up in that car right before the cops showed up, and that lead to his death. We won't know until the autopsy results are in.
