I learned that some of the dumbest of people I know pre lockdown ended up making better choices and being more rational and calm than most of the more intellectual, level headed, well off people in my circle.

In one way or another, people's "true" or "unfiltered" self seemed to come out in alot of people I know....or at the least, people were less able to hide their vanity effectively

Went to Walmart for the first time today in almost 3 months. On the way out a vehicle honked at another (might have honked before I came out also). The woman in front got out and told the honking woman to go around - that prompted honker to roll down her window and verbally abuse the first woman with colorful language.

An employee was close by so I said, 'interesting senseless encounter' and he said yeah people are getting really short on their tempers for about the last 3 weeks - and it's getting worse daily.

Think about it. Lock people down and do it with a ton of uncertainty and mixed messages.
