He was giving cops pretext to use tear gas and flash bangs and extreme force on an otherwise peaceful protest.

After he did that, tear gas canisters and flash bangs are used.

Inciting the confused crowd who had been simply marching.

There was a guy just on Unicorn Riot that said there were a bunch of military looking guys on black motorcycles that tried to get him to break into The Mall of America.

It sounds like they are deliberately trying to provoke more looting and vandalism.

The police deny it but they also lied and said that the Floyd person died of a medical complication before they knew anyone had the video of him getting suffocated to death.
