Shouldn't cops be able to effectively arrest people drunk, high, with stuff in their mouth Etc before being hired?? Why are Murican cops unable to perform duties being hired and paid? Seems like dealing with high, drunk wild people while protecting all involved should be the number 1 skill. Maybe a little less shooting range time??  I am still reeling over the story of a young man with autism who was having a tough day and not making sense so a concerned person called the police to ask for help. The police came and treated the poor guy like a criminal, he panicked and wanted to take a shower to calm himself down. The police ended up killing him while he was in the shower, he was no threat to anyone. That guy was white, and there have been plenty of cases where people who are temporarily out of their minds end up killed by the cops. The media ignores these stories because they can't use them for their racial agenda. The cops can be very militant these days. People need to be aware just how dangerous it can be to call cops for "help" in these situations. cops are conditioned to be control freaks so when they deal with anyone that is outside of a narrow range of behaviors they automatically assume they are a criminal.
