Juries can nullify that law by refusing to convict. It's risky to try that approach though.

It isn't risky at all! You go in with 11 other people behind closed doors and you come out and say "NOT GUILTY" and that is the end of it.

Or you get at least one decent human being with a backbone to refuse to go along with the gang of Karens and force a mistrial and force the govt. to keep repeating the process over and over until they realize it is futile.
