It was Lilith she didn't like Adam being dominate over her.
After she died her soul became evil and was hateful toward all babies that were born probably of jealousy of Eve having babies.
Later in folklore people began telling children at bedtime stories to help them fall asleep called lullibyes from the word Lilith.
