Swarms of riot police and National Guard arresting everyone on site can clear up a lot of places. You can't arrest everyone, not even a good majority of them, but it at least makes them scatter.

What is different than these guys marching, armed, than the militia that protested at the state capital recently? What do you think would happen if a big group of "non whites" did the same?
