It also looks like he dyed his hair darker, trying to look different for prison

The nose is also 100% spot on. He shaved widow's peak off the top of his head and made it straight

In the murder shot he has the meth eye. The left eye is off as seen in many tweeker mug shots. Psychopaths also have that evil eye. The look/expression while he is killing Floyd reminds me of Travis Bickle.

Not the same ears...in the top picture his ears are long and lay flat. Bottom picture, ears are shorter and stick out.

Edit: Now that I see the full picture of the "mug shot", it looks the the ears on the guy are different from each other on himself...looks like a deep fake pic.

As someone speculated earlier in the thread, it's probably a composite photo. That's how the nose is a good match.

He looks rather young in that photo, compared to others i've seen. Also I would not consider him a white guy, he has brown eyes. So he has some type of dark race in him.
