Common Sense: when you arrest someone

If I am a LEO I would always look around who else might be recording my arrest. Wouldn’t you? Not that you are doing anything wrong but just observing surroundings and potential “spin”. And here we are. A cop with his hands in his pockets casually kneeling on a guys neck? In fact he looks away from the filming. This is I obvious psyop.
