ARE YOU A HIPPY CHRISTIAN???

Today we have a BIG PROBLEM with christians!!!

"Are we once saved always saved?"  According to the scriptures, this is not a reasonable exegesis based on key scriptures like John 15, Hebrews 3:12-14, Revelation 3, and many others.  The simple theme of John 15 is that of continuance, or "abiding" in Christ.  To abide means to remain.  Jesus urges us to "remain in me."  And then he says in response "then I will remain in you."  It's a fairly simple formula, we receive Jesus Christ as savior, through faith, and then we must continue in the faith, remaining and walking with Jesus throughout our whole lives, overcoming sin, living in victory, and living out holiness in all we do.  This is the teaching of the new testament. But unfortunately some today teach a dangerous false doctrine of "once saved always saved."

We have christians HIPPY CHRISTIANS who are all about the love... and that is commendable BUT love is not your ticket into Gods Kingdom!!!

Yes the greatest commandments are...
1. Love God
2. Love your neighbour

But Jesus DID NOT say that was all... thats all you need to do!!!

CONSIDER THIS...

1. HEBREWS 10:26 If we deliberately go on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no further sacrifice for sins remains, 27 but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume all adversaries.

2. What did Jesus say in Mathew 7:21?
MATHEW 7:21 Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, (((you workers of lawlessness)))

3. When Jesus ate with the tax collectors did he eat with them to say to them... Just believe in me and you are saved?
Did Jesus say to them... Your all good boys keep doing what you doing and believe in me and you will be fine?
Nooo!!! He certaintly did not!!!
Jesus said they were sick and so he ate with them to help them repent!!!

4. Jesus disciples again and again had fights over who was the greatest... What did Jesus say???
Did Jesus say just believe in me and you will be fine boys???
Nooo!!! He certaintly did not!!!
He told them unless they become like a child they will not enter the Kingdom... They needed to change!!!

5. MATHEW 12:43 When an unclean spirit comes out of a man, it passes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. 44 Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’ On its return, it finds the house vacant, swept clean, and put in order. 45 Then it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and dwell there; and the final plight of that man is worse than the first. So will it be with this wicked generation.”

There are endless examples of Jesus teaching that show us we must REPENT and not practice sin!!!

LOVE IS GOOD BUT ITS NOT A TICKET INTO THE KINGDOM!!!

WE MUST OBEY AND TEACH JESUS CHRISTS YESHUA COMMANDS NOT WATER THEM DOWN... ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED IS A FALSE GOSPEL FROM WHICH WE MUST REPENT!!!

MATHEW 28:18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, 20 (((((((and teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you))))))). And surely I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

EPHESIANS 5:10 Carefully determine what pleases the Lord.
