Cannot use the Military on US Citizens.
Only National Guard and that is up to the states

When rioting is happening nationally, that sure as shit is a fucking FBI matter. That crosses state lines. Not sure what rule book you are using but that was the whole purpose for the FBI to begin with. Shit happening across multiple states. Proxy rioting on computers is not really rioting. Niether are Dori Day productions.
